We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, including a lovely pool area with music playing in the background. We enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast options every morning. The staff were really nice, especially Karin, who was helpful during our check-in and provided us with valuable information on getting around the city. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, as it was near the Olympic Park and within easy reach of attractions in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The room was clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home. The hotel amenities, including the well-selected fitness room, were top-notch and provided everything we needed for a great workout. The staff, particularly the friendly and helpful waiter Samuel, Andre, Paulo, and waitress Mariana. They even remembered our names and food preferences, making us feel truly valued as guests. Additionally, the receptionist Claudio provided excellent customer service. the level of service and attention to detail at this place was outstanding.

The hotel's location may not be ideal for those looking for a beachfront experience or easy access to the city center. However, the hotel's proximity to Riocentro, where we had an event to attend, made it a convenient choice for us.

Close to Rock in Rio, comfy bed, good-sized room, nice shower, friendly staff.

The staff at this hotel were really nice too ensure a great stay, even during the busy Olympics period. The manager, Lais, assisted us before our arrival when the reservations hotline was unhelpful. The restaurant staff, especially Mario, were always gracious and helpful. The buffet and bistro options were plentiful, and the team, including Mariana and Vanov, made every guest feel special. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. the rooms were clean, classy, and the bed was very comfortable.

The location of this hotel is not ideal unless you are visiting the nearby Olympic park. It is far from other attractions and the beach, requiring a car or taxi ride to get around.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to shopping malls in the city center. The staff at reception desk, especially Mario the manager, were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV and mini-bar. The outdoor swimming pool area was relaxing and there were beach umbrellas available.

Although it is a bit far from downtown and the fancy neighborhoods, it's a great choice for both business and vacation trips. The well-equipped gym and nice restaurant were additional bonuses. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Rio de Janeiro.
